Resident Evil - Alice Fanmix
Fandom: Resident Evil (movieverse)
Subject: Alice
Title: Let it Come
Warnings/Notes: Bonus instrumental EP.

"My name is Alice. I worked for the Umbrella Corporation, the largest and most powerful commercial entity in the world. I was head of security at a secret high-tech facility, The Hive, a giant underground laboratory developing experimental viral weaponry. But there was an incident. The virus escaped and everybody died. Trouble was... they didn't stay dead." - RE2

The protagonist of the Resident Evil movies Alice goes from a security officer investigating the deaths in The Hive to a super-powered psychic one woman army (literally once she discovered her clones in another underground Umbrella facility) struggling to survive a post apocalyptic hellscape.

Her friends are afraid of her, her enemies want to control her and no one is safe from the hordes of the undead hiding around every corner.

Let It Come - ZIP

I Miss You - blink-182
{On waking up infected with the T-Virus}
"They did something to me. I barely feel human anymore."
I cannot sleep I cannot dream tonight
I need somebody and always
This sick strange darkness
Comes creeping on so haunting every time

Weeping Willow - The Hush Sound
{On living while so many around her fall}
"It's just safer if I'm not around people. People have a habit of dying around me."
There will be tomorrow
the sun will light a sea of sorrow
Tonight it set and took our friend
If I could do one thing, I'd bring him back
Snow won't stick to the weeping willows

Wait and Bleed (Terry Date Remix) - Slipknot
{on struggling to regain her memories... again}
"Can you remember anything? Can you remember your name?"
"My name? My name... My name. My name is Alice and I remember everything"
How the hell did I get here?
Something about this, so very wrong...
I have to laugh out loud, I wish I didn't like this
Is it a dream or a memory?

S&M - Rihanna (Dave Aude Remix)
{On Alice's growing weapons collection}
"Is this how all my dreams were going to come true?"
Cause I may be bad but I'm perfectly good at it
Sex in the air I don't care I love the smell of it
Sticks and stones may break my bones
But chains and whips excite me

Black Sheep - Metric
{On finding old friends and making new enemies}
"Everyone is grateful for you helping us out..."
"But how long am I going to stay?"
Hello again, friend of a friend
I knew you when our common goal was waiting for the world to end
Now that the truth is just a rule that you can bend
You crack the whip shape-shift and trick the past again

You'll be Mine - The Pierces
{On Project Alice and Dr. Issacs continued obsession}
"For so long, I thought you were the future"
Prick your finger on a spinning wheel but dont make a sound
Drop of blood and now you're taken for all time
With a kiss you will awaken and you'll be mine (you'll be mine you'll be mine)
I could always stay and work it out wondering if you still wanted me
But there are so many things to doubt one two three (count one two three)
Think that for a moment you were mine I know that you saw what we could be
But then you went and changed your mind

The Tears of a Clone - Alcazar
{on liberating her clones from an Umbrella lab}
"Cause I'm coming for you and I'm gunna be bringing a few friends."
A room with a hundred men, the design of a perfect blend
Identical strains of code dressed up in the fashion mode
The air I breathe the blood that moves my heart to mend
I cry the tears of a clone

Woman King - Iron & Wine
{On the bleak and unending struggle with the undead}
"Is this my punishment for letting all this happen?"
Hundred years, hundred more
Someday we may see a woman king, sword in hand
Swing at some evil and bleed.

Map of the World - Plain White T's
{on one hundred and seventy seven days without signs of life}
"I don't know if I can do this much longer. What if I'm the last one? What if there is no one else?"
The stars at night burn so bright but where do I fit in?
Am I too small to matter at all? Oh, where do I fit in?
Am I a dot on the map of the world? Just a spot on the map of the world?
When I imagine the whole universe Oh, where do I fit in?
